You might even get away with £1000. I'm looking at somewhere around that mark if I decide to sell my collection, although a hunk of that would go to Tom as he bought some of them originally. And possibly a slice would end up with the guy whose contents insurance I'm using to store these precious antiques.

My! Sudden surge in interest in this thread! ;p The prices I have been getting are around 60-75pa piece but then I tend to buy in bulk - there has been no 2000ADs or its like available in my next of the woods for many years, so this past year, I have been doing a lot of catching up. Generally I see that pre 100 issues command good prices. One eBay I saw was selling Prog 2 for around 25 quid and climbing. Recent issues can command close to sticker price. A handful of special issues like 1208 also do very well.

I have it confirmed that Steve Dillon has died. He was a giant, and will be much missed.

RIP one of the first comic artists i idolized as a kid.

spent Christmas Day collating all the dredd stories that i have from original progs and all the eagle, US size, reprints. still missing about 10 below prog 500. later reprints have covered everything, i believe, even the burger wars, green giant stuff.

had the weekly issues from 433 to about 7xx but with about 40 missing from late 6xx to early 7xx. i wonder where they went?
