Velvet Underground and Pink Floyd both have a six song album, and for both of those I wouldn't change a thing.

Regarding Pink Floyd, yes.

In the case of Velvet Underground, they might have skipped the entire album and gone straight to the considerably better self titled third album instead. "Sister Ray" in particular, the world might as well have benefited from being spared from.

I don't get it. What's to complain about? Isn't 8 kindof a safe and normal, regular amount of songs for an LP? If we tried to name all the ones that had 8 songs we'd be here forever.
