Not exactly country, but Patrick Sky's folk album "Songs That America Famous" is glorioulsy lewd and hysterically unPC.
And then there's Peter Grudzien, an NYC gay country artist who released an album titled The Unicorn in the early '70s. The song "White Trash Hillybilly Trick" is quite raunchy as well:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=17S9yufI8SM

lay you down
There's a lot of ways of saying ... what I wanna say to you There's songs and poems and promises and dreams that might come true But I won't talk of starry skies or moonlight on the ground I'll come right out and tell you I'd just love to lay you down
Lay you down and softly whisper ... pretty love words in your ear Lay you down and tell you all the things a woman loves to hear I'll let you know how much it means just havin' you around Oh, darlin' how I'd love to lay you down
There's so many ways your sweet love's made this house into a home You've got a way of doing little things that turn me on Like standing in the kitchen in your faded cotton gown With your hair all up in curlers I still love to lay you down
When a whole lot of Decembers are showin' in your face Your auburn hair has faded and silver takes it's place You'll be just as lovely and I'll still be around And if I can I know that I'd still love to lay you down

Always numbered Tammy Wynette's "You and Me" among the all-time great sex songs, mostly for the way Tammy sings it, but the lyrics are quite direct with a a great twist to boot:
I can hear the rain, it's falling softly,As I watch him lying next to me.I can feel his heart, its beating softly:He just loved me, so tenderly,But it should be......You and me.
When he touches me, I feel your fingers. And each time we kiss, I see your face. When he locks the door behind us,Then he thinks the world can't find us,But he can't see, no, he can't see,That it should be......You and me.
So I'll just close my eyes and dream about you,'Cos everytime I dream you're always there. Then you'll lock the door behind us,And in my dreams the world can't find us.And it will be, so real to me.It's finally......You and me.

haha the first verse of "Lay You Down" is great! I could try to say a bunch of sappy things to woo you, but the heck with it: let's fuck.
Is that right about pop vs. country on this? "Lay You Down" is from 1979. But the Loretta Lynn songs like "don't come home a-drinkin' with lovin' on your mind" and "The Pill" are from the late 60s and mid 70s, respectively. So there's something to that. "Let's Get It On", an R&B #1, is 1973, for what it's worth.

oh and yeah I'm def. not assuming these aren't happening still. I found myself singing the Kenny Rogers song I listed above, earlier today (don't ask), and so I gave a few more from that era too. The history question is interesting: were the country charts, broadly speaking, more sexually frank than the pop or r&b charts? If so, when, if ever, did that change?
xp yeah! Wynette's "Your Good Girl's Gonna Go Bad" is a little less frank but fits the bill.

And then there's George Jone's "Leaving Love All OVer the Place":
The man who ran the motelSaid we couldn't spend the night there anymoreThat it'd take a week to clean the room twenty-threeAnd put new carpet on the floor.
That we harmed his reputationAnd what about the shame and disgraceBut we just never learned to loveWithout leaving love all over the place.
The lady asked the rooming houseServed our eviction notice yesterdayWhile we were pickin' up our clothsShe started screaming somebody's gonna pay.
She said it takes a dozen carpentersTo fix the broken bed and drapesBut we just never learned to loveWith out leavin' love all over ther place.
Loving always came to us easyI know it always willWe don' need nobody to roll us down the other sideWhen we're over the hill.
The mourners formed a single lineAs they filled by to pay their last respectAnd they couldn't help but wonder howTwo lovers could break each others neck.
And they wondered why the undertakersCouldn't take the smiles from off their faceThen a preacher said Dearly belovedWhy that sweet couple they just never learned to loveWithout leavin' love all over the place.
No, we never learned to loveWithout leavin' love all over the place...

Lucinda Williams can get rather saucy.
I take off my watch and my earringsMy bracelets and everythingLie on my back and moan at the ceilingOh my babyThink about you and that long rideI bite my nails I get weak insideReach over and turn off the lightOh my baby
Unfortunately, by the time of 2008's Little Honey she'd gone just silly:

There was a "comedy" C&W duo in Britain in the early '80s, can't remember their name but they did an album called Taking the 'O' out of Country, which gives you an idea of the level of humour involved here. For some unfathomable reason I've never forgotten these lines:
