http://starsof.com/fans/ The Rock-afire Explosion New Show Bid List This page updated on 7/17/08
Have you wanted to see the Rock-afire Explosion perform your favorite song? Would you like to have us program a song for your girlfriend, boyfriend, mother or child? Well, here's how to make it happen!
"Song Bidding Competition" is the page where the list of songs being bid on for the Rock-afire Explosion to perform are listed.
"Winning Songs" is the page where the songs which have won the bidding and have been choreographed and video taped are listed. One or two of these may still be in process at any particular time.
"Our Policy on Dirty Songs" is self explanatory.
For a song to win, the bidding for that song must reach at least $100, but, we really hope the bids will reach much higher levels eventually as an average song takes about a week of work or more. We are always working on the song(s) at the top of the list. We will keep selecting songs to do as we finish one and are planning to eventually be completing one new song a week regardless of whether the bids are low or high. We will be adding choreographers to the team to help produce these videos, so you will see the pace of videos being produced pick up over the coming months.
The song with the highest total bids will be meticulously programmed, and produced as a video and posted on the "fanprograms" channel on YouTube. If your song is not today's winner, the bids will be carried over to tomorrow, and into the future, increasing its chances of eventually winning. The money collected from these bids will be used to compensate the choreographers for their work and to maintain their Rock-afire Explosions and possibly pay for beer and child support.
To place a bid for a song, please send your donation/bid of any amount ($5.00 minimum) by PayPal to aa✧✧✧.fech✧✧✧@g✧✧.n✧✧. I had to raise the minimum bid because of the high fees PayPal takes for small amounts.
Please state the name of the song/artist you are bidding to have choreographed and videotaped. When bids are received for songs, the song titles and total bid amounts will be listed here as soon as possible, and you will receive an email notifying you that your bid has been received and posted. Good luck bidding.
For more information, please contact Creative Engineering, Inc. at aa✧✧✧.fech✧✧✧@g✧✧.n✧✧

Winning Songs
As songs are selected from the top of the bid list and the choreography of that song is begun, it will be listed here along with its current state of completion. This list shows the winning songs, the final bids/donations that the song achieved to win, and links to both the original artist performing the song as well as the link to the Rock-afire Explosion's performance of the song..

Pure Americana, man. I'm going Michelle Obama - first time I'm proud of my country. That Usher one is money, as is the OP's link.
I'd like to see some house/techno with some good vocals on there. So mechanical!

all the awesome songs they could do and people pick Arcade Fire? I've said it before and I'll say it again: democracy just doesn't work.

though i should have known, the real hands w/ synringe going into the girl's eye is an impurity thrash would never stoop to
― goole, Sunday, 17 August 2008 15:20 (fifteen years ago) link
my understanding is that "fanprograms" is a dude who programmed and/or designed the original showbizz programs back in the day and that chris thrash is a dude who just learned it on his own in the last few years and by talking to other people on the internet, including "fanprograms"
MAYBE THEY WILL RELEASE A DOCUMENTARY FILM TO CLEAR IT UP
