your fucking breakfast

way back when I lived in the EV Veselka's buckwheat pancackes ruled!

this question had vexed me forever.

i o.d.'d on two bowls of grapenuts covered with plain yogurt, soy milk and a fuckload of raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries. topped off w/ a glass of oj.

I have become addicted to Life cereal. Something about the texture + sugar has been irresistable lately.

Not connected: the kid on the package looks vaguely like Elian Gonzales.

Today I had porridge with sultanas. I almost had a crumpet with jam as well, but I didn't.

Porridge with sultanas, sesame seeds and flax seeds, green tea, multi-vitamin, vitamin c and cod liver oil tablets, followed by one pink grapefruit. Bring it motherfucking on!

I had a fucking piadina from the stall outside Carluccio's. Parma and stracchino cheese with a bit of arugula.

I'm in the middle of doing up my new kitchen and the last thing in place will be the cooker and hob. When it is in place some time by the end of the month I'ma be eating nothing but fryups and my favourite breakfast, which is:

Soft boiled egg and soldiers with lots of chopped parsley/sea salt/black pepper to soak up the runny egg - not just for garnishing. It's occurred to me that it might be nice to dip streaky bacon into the yolk too.

Fucking fantastic rosemary bagel with veggie cream cheese (like, it had actual BITS of actual VEGETABLES in it) and iced coffee. It was a special occasion breakfast.

a fucking toasted bagel with cream cheese, tomato, onion and the goddamn gravlax that finished curing yesterday. Even with a Sara Lee bagel, even with a lab-grown tomato, that was the best damn thing I've eaten in months

I had an omlet.

Had my S.O.P. breakfast today:

one toasted sesame bagel w/ butter
two fried eggs, over easy
one cup of coffee w/ 1% milk

i had fucking bagels from the western bagel on ventura/coldwater, and then i had a matcha ice blended from the coffee bean in the same shopping center.

on account of the fact that i eat bagels nearly every morning @ work, this morning was two soft fucking boiled eggs, a small dollop of umeboshi paste applied to aforementioned fucking eggs, a large fucking cup of peets' coffee, and 1/4 of a gigantic fucking grapefruit.

A Goddamn Marie Callender ham/egg/cheese breakfast pot pie and an Amp.

went out for brunch this morning so i had some fucking corn pancakes with blueberry butter, some bacon, some home fries, and some motherfucking over easy eggs

two boiled eggs (white set, yolk runny) sliced on black bread, with black coffee from the aeropress. same as every morning - I can only ever think of eating something different if I've already 'pre-breakfasted'.

1 bialy with smoked salmon and tomato

No cheese, no butter, no milk or sugar in coffee. Still pretty nice, though. Little smoked rock salt on the tomatoes for effect. This is prob going to be my standard breakfast for a while?

Later, some salted almonds and more black tea.

I'm inordinately broke til payday on friday so instead of picking up coffee and a bagel out in the morning as is my wont i raided the cupboards:

cream of wheat with sultanas, walnuts and brown sugar.

cream of wheat is weird. not even sure why or when i bought it

i have an iced coffee and bagel every single day. kinda weird/sad how much I look forward to and enjoy that morning bagel at work.

I look forward to my breakfast burritos so much that I end up eating it for lunch because I hold out too long.

Every fucking morning, but it's what I stomach best.

3 days a week it's oatmeal, 3 days a week it's cold cereal, but today it was 2 biscuits and gravy from Hardee's.
