7-6 last week (terrible), 85-44 on the season.

Chicago* at San Francisco - gotta stick with mah boyz
Detroit at Minnesota* - got a sinking feeling that brett favre might win mvp
New Orleans* at St. Louis - only question is what quarter new orleans gets to 40 pts
Tampa Bay at Miami* - tampa might get another win but not this week
Atlanta* at Carolina - carolina is better than their record though, might be a tight one
Jacksonville at New York Jets* - jets kinda suck but still...
Buffalo at Tennessee* - titans just got too many weapons (that is: 1 weapon)
Cincinnati at Pittsburgh* - i feel like this will be very close, not confident
Denver* at Washington - denver will murder washington
Kansas City* at Oakland - kansas city isn't really totally terrible, whereas oakland pretty much is
Seattle at Arizona* - sensing a 4 td game from warner
Dallas at Green Bay* - i think green bay will play some smashmouth football and throw romo off his game
Philadelphia* at San Diego - this could be one of those seemingly even matchups that winds up a philly blowout. or philly could score 9 pts.
New England at Indianapolis* - will pick indy til they lose, which i don't think is this week
Baltimore* at Cleveland - worst coach ever vs a decent squad. 83-0

Chicago at San Francisco – I’m feeling the Bears will bounce back a bit and win, no good reason. I think Chicago just needs to open up the passing attack, start going with some no huddle and try and run up some points. They are still trying to play off the old offensive ideas, which works when you have a D, but the Bears are pretty weak this year on that side of the ball. SF has some bluster, but they are not anything special.
Detroit at Minnesota- It would take a monumental screw-up for the Lions to win on the road against the Vikings. Won’t happen. I am curious on how big the spread might be, as I guess Vegas is getting taken to the cleaners often with so many of these teams being horrible.
New Orleans at St. Louis- See above, even on the road, I can’t see the Saints losing to the Rams. LA could be able to run the ball and maybe make it interesting, but probably not.
Tampa Bay at Miami- I said before that I do like the Dolphins and their schedule eases up. If I’m right, this is the start of them picking up some wins. Bucs won last week, but they still played kind of ugly going by the turnovers in the box score.
Atlanta at Carolina- The Panthers are playing a bit better or at least not letting Delhomme lose games. The Falcons are pretty middling and don’t seem quite as explosive as last year, which makes me suspect them on the road. I’m taking the Falcons, but I don’t feel that good about it.
Jacksonville at New York Jets- The Jags are a sneaky going nowhere 4-4, same as the Jets. Neither club is very consistent, but I would have to lean a bit on the Jets defense maybe being a bit better. I’m feeling Jacksonville in an upset.
Buffalo at Tennessee- I’m not ready to crown a new age of Vincanity, but just the fact that he is a bit mobile has to improve over Collins who was kind of a sitting duck. I’m taking the Titans at home. Some loonie on the NFL network show I watched for a few minutes picked the Titans to end up 8-8. I won’t go that far, but they could beat the Bills who just don’t seem to have much of an identity either way.
Cincinnati at Pittsburgh – Big time game and as much as I want Cinci to kick their ass, I’d have to see it happen this time. When Cowher was the coach, they would lose a bit more at home for a good club, but not as much in the last couple of years I’ll take the Steelers and hope I’m wrong. Hopefully the injuries don’t really start to expose the Bengal’s defense.
Denver at Washington- This is kind of a trap game for the Broncos. I would believe that the Redskins defense could make a valiant stand and keep it close. Broncos are not all that, but they should win.
Kansas City at Oakland- What a mess…I guess I will take Oaktown at home as I feel a Bruce Gradkowski sighting coming.
Seattle at Arizona- AZ has been winning on the road and not winning at home, even when they are good they are not consistent. Seahawks have thumped a couple of rotten clubs, but I’m going to take the Cards to keep their s#@t straight and win a game they should win.
Dallas at Green Bay - Green Bay’s lines are both pretty bad, I’d have to think that Dallas is going to smoke them. You have to wonder what happened to that Packer club from a couple of years ago that was really young and seemed loaded all over the place.
Philadelphia at San Diego – SD seems to have gotten things together except the running game, which might not matter when you play the Eagles, as they don’t run the ball much either. I’m taking the Chargers in a close one.
New England at Indianapolis – I’m wanting to take the Colts, but they are just due to lose one. I’ll take NE and be pissed off about the results either way.
Baltimore at Cleveland- Bmore is not that great on defense anymore, but when you are playing against an offense that couldn’t move the ball in the Big Ten, it doesn’t really matter. Ravens it is.

Last week, mediocre 7-6. For the season, 88-41.

BEREA, Ohio -- Cleveland Browns running back Jamal Lewis said he's frustrated by another losing season and believes coach Eric Mangini is pushing his players too hard.

Lewis, who intends to retire after this season, said Thursday that he doesn't want to be a "babysitter" to Cleveland's younger players. He wants to win and expressed disappointment that two- and three-hour practices aren't translating into wins for the team, which has a 1-7 record.

"There's talent all over this locker room, young and old," he said before practice. "There's talent everywhere, but that talent has got to be ready for Sunday, it's got to be fresh for Sunday. You can work all day, but if you're going to work like that, you're probably not going to get what you want out of your players."

While Lewis doesn't mind working hard, he said Mangini is wearing out his players. The team captain said he hasn't approached his coach about making changes.

"This is his show, not mine," Lewis said. "You got to take care of your crop. If you don't, when it comes time to harvest, you're not going to make no money because the crop is no good. That's that."

Lewis said the length and intensity of Mangini's practices are not the issue, it's that the first-year coach's approach isn't producing wins.

"If I'm going to come out here and work the way I work, then I want results," Lewis said. "Right now, that's not what's going on. I feel like it's just a waste of time for me."

Earlier, Mangini said he has changed his approach and adjusted this season.

Lewis was asked to comment on the coach's stance.

"Next question," he said.

He was sent home early Tuesday morning after being evaluated for several hours by doctors. His agent, however, is livid at the Browns for putting him in position to be injured on a meaningless play.

"I can't even put into words how upset I am at them for leaving him in like that,'' J.R. Rickert told the Cleveland Plain Dealer in a text. "Fortunately, he's doing well.''

rickert added, "was there a game last night?"
