i dreamed about playing piano.

last night as i was falling asleep i was thinking about walking and was lucid dreaming that someone threw an empty cardboard box at my head, and i found myself ducking quickly in my bed. in real life. it was weird.

i dreamt about getting a 2 on the ap physics exam. it was a huge disaster and the end of my academic life.

ap physics? are you still in high school or it was just some weird dream where you took the ap physics exam?

i took it umm 7-8 years ago lol.

yes! i even knew that in my dream that was why. my dreams have been really meta lately, like they make me panic but at the same time i know they're dreams about something.

yeah. i haven't had any real panicky dreams but just normal every day things happening and i know i'm dreaming and there's not really a lot at stake.

i think i got a 3 on the ap physics exam but it didn't mean anything because it wasn't calculus-based so i couldn't have gotten credit for it in college anyway and had to take all the physicses again. just ftr.

i dreamed that my fiancee and i tried to teach lindsay lohan how to make a sandwich, but we failed and so 15 dwarfs volunteered to give it a shot. they went into the kitchen, but they also failed because she was really high. in the end they and lindsay just decided to perform a weird dance in the living room.

I dreamt that Henry Rollins was my college roommate.

i dreamt i got a haircut from a new guy because i was tired of the other guy (true), and i told him to cut more hair because it grows too fast and when i got home i realized having longer hair was hiding the fact that i was losing hair from the top of my head, like a man. it was scary. oh, he also charged me $80.

I dreamt my gf and I were trying to escape from a cursed/magic castle, and we were hiding from guards in a dark room, but every time I would tell her to be more quiet she would whisper louder, like to emphasize that she was WHISPERING. HELLO. Then it turned out to be Lou1s' bedroom that we were hiding in, as evidence by some framed photos, and also turned out he was a professional wrestler named Mr. Castle. (Because we were in a castle???)

Maybe this should be in ILX Dreams instead...

btw was also uncharacteristically mad at my gf in this dream. I don't think I've ever been really, genuinely upset with her irl before so it was sorta alarming to wake up from.

i dreamt that lxy and jergins had a dog and when jergins left he asked if i could come over and walk the dog, so i went over and lxy was there practicing ballet and she was wearing pointe shoes and stretching and then she had to go be in a performance, so i did the dishes and made tacos/nachos and the dog asked me for some tacos and that was a little weird. then i did those dishes and left. and then i was in my old hometown and going to like stupid football parties and got drunk and drank water and then my sister and i went home and the next day i dug out my old pointe shoes and they were like, disintegrating and too small but i wanted to try them out anyway. then my dad came in with a video camera because apparently they were selling the house (this was some weird combo of my 1st and 2nd homes), and he asked me to take the camera to the window and shoot the view. then i woke up.

a dream i was a passenger on an airplane that was flying over and under powerlines and between buildings and stuff before landing. flying very dangerously. the pilot thought it was fun.

i had a dream that i was at some kind of work/schoolish place and there was some secret affair going on and someone was knocked up and i don't remember who... my boss (who was the guy in the affair) asked me to get the code for the treadmill to give to our department (almost like how you need a code for the copier in some offices) and when i was doing that the nurse, whose office housed the treadmill, started giving me some fitness tests. they were impressed with my treadmill skills and she took my blood pressure 3 times and it was really low (i don't know why i remember but it was like 84/39 which would make you dead, right?). what does my dream mean?

had a dream about the supreme court. one of the attorneys cried in her argument and they adjourned to try again tomorrow. the justices were wearing sweatpants and white tshirts under their robes. justice scalia was really unethical because he was working on one of the cases and wouldn't recuse himself.

i also dreamt the other night that i was at a bar and there was a special event wherein *my landlord* was being given an award for his great writing

my dead great-grandparents keep visiting me in my dreams, including my dad's dad's mom who would be like 130 years old if still alive. am I gonna die soon?

(wait, more like 125 years old. you get the idea though)

oh also I dreamt I went camping with a bunch of burly, bearded men. I was cooking breakfast on a kerosene stove when I accidentally stuck my hand into the open flame. surprisingly it didn't hurt a bit, even when I touched the flame a few more times to test my luck. I called the bearded guys to my side and demonstrated my amazing fire-touching ability. they weren't impressed: all they did was laugh at me. one of the guys pointed out that the temperature of the stove was on low, so the flame wasn't hot enough to burn anyone in the first place. he started mocking me, like, "what, did you think you were a superhero or something?" I was soooooo humiliated!

i dreamt yesterday morning that a large black dog was at my bedside. it was really hyper and wanted to play and i was annoyed. i was trying to figure out how it got into my apartment and i found that my door was falling off its hinges. the door was also soft. i made the dog go out and tried to fix it but two more dogs came in! they were all coming from my upstairs neighbor's apartment. i told him it was his responsibility to fix it because his dogs were coming into my apartment, so he tried to help me, but i was holding the door awkwardly, making it impossible for him. i was holding it that way because i was naked and didn't want him to find out.

i also dreamt that i bought an iphone but they gave me a blackberry and i didn't realize until i got home. at that point i was like oh who cares, same thing, so i used it even before i had a plan! i was using the internet everywhere i went. but i didn't really like having it because i wanted to stop using the internet in public.

i dreamt that i was in a giant house in like poland or some weird european country, drinking with some friends from high school. then my old roommate came and we were talking about going somewhere but then jergins showed up! and he had this crazy jimmy levine hair but thinner and i said 'you don't look as tan as your blog led me to believe after all that time in fiji!' and then we decided to go somewhere and i found a bike but it was kind of broken down and this other tall guy joined us as we went shopping for disguises and got these hilarious giant plaid wool coats and a bunch of trinkets and a pizza at a shop and they gave us a big discount. then we all met up with my little sister to go to san tropez but then some girl said 'hey that's my mom's bike' so jergins and i had to go take the bike from inside and give it to her and then find the other bike i'd found that was kind of shitty and put it in storage and then we embarked on our journey, which involved hookers running up to the truck we were in (lol!) as we drove up a big hilly onramp and then i woke up.

apparently interpreting jergins' dreams puts him in my dream but i don't know about the rest of it.
