Sure you can't have one without the other, but all the former requires is usually being young and female (because men are disgusting and will basically hit on anything young with boobs and purty hayur), while the latter requires that the young woman in questions make some qualitative decisions about said pool of men.

I didn't hate it, but it seemed like an overblown 10-minute sketch.
