Safari 3 now has applescript access to tabs. This very cool development means that you can script the simultaneous reloading of all tabs in the foreground Safari window. Combine this with any reasonable hotkey manager and you can turn option-apple-R into "reload all tabs".
(If there's already a simple way to do this, allow me to express my embarrassment in advance.)
