So, I like Safari and I'm handy enough with Greasekit and Privoxy, but I'm utterly stymied on how to nix autocomplete=off in <FORM> tags. Greasekit seems to be able to change the value, but Safari apparently parses it before Greasekit gets to it. And Privoxy is no use, because it cannot alter SSL streams. I prob could find a FFX addon to do it, but I would prefer to stick with Safari.

WTF? The title should have an "autocomplete" before =off.

Maybe someone has a patch against WebKit to disable this? Building a .app is pretty easy.

Actually, JWZ has a 3133+ bin-mod trick to disable it. I generally don't go "that route", having been burned by modifying system binaries just once too often. It's gotta be relatively above-board or it's out.

Also, fuck a JWZ.
Oh, crap. I had left a test script running that erased "autocomplete" everywhere. Me = dildo.
