OK no i don't because it's a really great album, but damn that's a lot of $$ for that thing. "see you in the boneyard" and "cyrano" and "divine horseman" are all fucking awesome songs, although there's nothing bad there. never heard anything else, although i've been curious about "no questions asked."

There are some really good tracks on No Questions Asked, but I do think they're mostly the ones on the two SST comps.

My reaction exactly. Except I'd probably sell mine. I like my record collection, but $100 bucks is $100 bucks.
Search also: the Forced Exposure Flesheaters/Divine Horsemen split 7". The live version of "Divine Horsemen" on that is flattening. Massive drums.

I like 'em but I'd put them a steep step below X and Gun Club, mostly because their basic sound tries to do too many things as the same time. Chris D's voice sounds like he's trying to scream and croon at the same time. What's great about that FE live track is how simple and blunt it is.

They do sound a lot like Gun Club, but that's always a good thing.
I think LTM (?) might be reissuing some Flesh Eaters stuff soon.

I'm pretty much on board for just about every Chris D related band/album, maybe the only thing I don't completely love is the Stone by Stone record and that might just be cuz I haven't spent enough time with it.
But so, I think the Divine Horsemen stuff is all pretty great, I spun "Middle of the Night" yesterday day and that record just kills.

So the Minute to Pray line up is touring the east and if they are coming to yr neck of the woods I give it my highest possible recommendation. I saw them in St Paul on Saturday and it seriously could have been 1981 not 2019.
I'm still kind of speechless over how great it was.
I yelled out "Lake of Burning Fire" at one point and got the band to bust up laughing and I can die happy now.
