Hey. I'm 17 and I want to go see Broadcast at webster hall next week but it's an 18+ show. Is Webster Hall really strict with that stuff? I don't think I can pass for 18.. thx. Cool forum btw.

five years pass...

I am going to see Destroyer on April 3 at this place, and have read a couple of tweets saying how much they hate Webster Hall....is it a lousy place? Thanks in advance

it's not great but there are worse places. I wouldn't say I hate it (unlike, say, Terminal 5)

Speaking of Terminal 5, I think its kind of hilarious that such an NYC-centric group like LCD Soundystem chose to hold an epic final run at a venue almost universally loathed by concert-goers.

You know, I was really set on hating it re: all the shit I heard about it, but it really wasn't that bad IMO.
