Does anyone know how to convert MPEG files like the ones found on MP3 BLOGS into MP3, WMA, or any other kind of file that can be put onto cd? I'm using someone else's computer and really need to burn some of these songs to listen to.

if you're in Windows and have Winamp 2.x, there should be an output plug-in called DiskWriter or something like that. Turn off shuffle and repeat in the player (VERY IMPORTANT!), and play your playlist. instead of playing the files, they should be converted to stereo quality wave files (provided you configured your plugin to be 16 bit stereo 44.1khz) and put in the folder specified in the plugin parameters. Grab the wav files, and voila, stuff to burn.

Oh, and change the winamp output plugin back to whatever your friend had on his or her computer to be a nice guy.
