I am interested in the post-United States Of America work of Joseph Byrd. There is very little info to be has from AMG, and the ILM archives only address his work with USA. Is it worth hunting down his synth records like "Yankee Transcendoodle" and "Christmas Yet to Come".

I just found there's a set of pre USA recordings on Spotify by a Joseph Byrd that I would take to be the same guy. It's up as NYC 1960-63 and sounds like Reich and a few other contemporaries. More avant garde than the USA possibly.

actually looks like the work was recorded as American Contemporary Music Ensemble between 2010 and 2013. Found that out from looking it up on Rateyour music. Wish Spotify had notes etc.
