Does anyone know why Australian journos are so cagey about the sexuality of politicians? Not that I'm asking for a series of "X is gay" stories, but there are a number of MPs/Senators/former PMs/etc that are widely known to be gay, though married with kids, but nobody ever says anything about it. Is being labelled gay something you can sue over in this country? It all seems weird. Even Alan Jones had to be outed by Chopper Reed.

Speaking of that stinkrag, so much for their paywall, all you have to do to disable it is go into private browsing mode in FF and it works again, heh. Not that its worth bothering anymore tbqf

Where in Australia? It is a bit large.

'The Australian' newspaper is available over the whole country. It, too, is terrible.

I'm thinking of moving to that area myself! I'm often around there cos my band live in the area. We'll have to catch up for a pint.
― It is like ganging up on Enya (Trayce), Friday, 26 July 2013 11:56 (twelve years ago)
we're working out where to move too
― Autumn Almanac, Friday, 26 July 2013 11:56 (twelve years ago)
lol how funny would it be if we both moved and STILL ended up 2 streets away from each other (and still never bumped into each other haha)
― It is like ganging up on Enya (Trayce), Friday, 26 July 2013 12:00 (twelve years ago)
haha yes
― Autumn Almanac, Friday, 26 July 2013 12:01 (twelve years ago)
I look forward to it. Specifically the corner of High and Dundas although we'll move at some point because of the mongrels in the apartment building who can't seem to get their trash through the door of the trash room and into the bins. If wee do move it will be somewhere along the high street corridor most likely, because it's nice and still seems to be relatively inexpensive whilst not being that far from everything.
