Despite finishing a creditable sixth in the Tour of Flanders, George Hincapie (BMC) cut a disappointed figure as he crossed the line and rolled to a standstill after six and a half hours in the saddle. The veteran American believed that he had the legs to follow Fabian Cancellara (Saxo Bank) and Tom Boonen (Quick Step) when the pair attacked on the Molenberg 40 kilometres before the finish but failed to go with them.
damn ppl believin the craziest shit but dont stop believin baby
“I had good legs on the Molenberg and I hesitated when Cancellara and Boonen went.
why u afraid 2 win man

Cadel Evans wins the Fleche Wallone, powering past Alberto Contador on the final stretch of the Mur de Huy. Nice. He seems to have been reborn as an aggressive rider, starting in the Dauphine last year.

vino wins LBL, the rest of the podium also named alex in some form or another
― kill whiney (cutty), Sunday, 25 April 2010 15:46 (sixteen years ago)
so, forgive vino? before he popped i kinda figgered he was dirty, but as with diluca, really liked his racing.
also, saw this:
The fact Vinokourov that trained recently in Tenerife, a reputed hideout for professional athletes looking to cheat, has not helped quell suspicion.
and then:

unhappy coincidences right

garmin don't have the rice snax on hand any more, they need all the help they can get!!
the testers would be all over vino, surely? i was trying to think of the last (not lance) guy of that age to be competitive and could only think of ...rebellin, heh.
― RESPECT A JOEY NEGRO (haitch), Tuesday, 27 April 2010 15:35 (sixteen years ago)
Yeah, he claims to have been tested countless times since coming back:http://www.cyclingweekly.co.uk/news/latest/452251/vinokourov-i-don-t-understand-persecution-against-me.htmlPersonally I was gutted that he won and glad to hear he was booed.
― Home Taping Is Killing Muzak (Nasty, Brutish & Short), Tuesday, 27 April 2010 16:21 (sixteen years ago)
no, he wrote that hes been tested more than 30 times.
i hate it when dopers lie about how many times they get tested, as if we believe them anymore. come clean vino, how many times have you REALLY been tested?

I'm not ure if this advert is shown in the states but is certainly a frequent one on Eurosport. Transitions Lenses transition Tyler Farrar into the boring junior accountant he would have been if he'd never found cycling. Not alarming like naked Fillipo Pozzato hawking sidi shoes but hardly the most effective advert for photochromatic lenses which don't exactly come with a cool image to start with.
