They are, but the name change from SB to FP sucked a lot of the rhetorical heat out of their use, and hitting the button happens a lot less often now. Temp or perma bans have always been available by mod discretion, even when SB was in play.

yeah but as you pretty much just said, using his name is different, so it was a conscious, provocative escalation on your part. this was kind of my implicit point, that morbs, not being so buddy-buddy with some of the mods, might not be getting equal treatment.
