how come this isn't showing up in Admin Log?

hey just fyi, i am not ignoring this but something is going a little wacky at the moment wrt changing that title back. that might also be related to things not showing up in the admin log.

shortly after i posted on this thread last week my 'my recent posts' search function stopped working but then yesterday it was magically restored very soon after darragh posted his question. however now i can only see those 'my recent posts' made after the restoration, if i try to go back further i get an error message, so it was a bit of a fizzer as far as restorations go.
