Right to left encoding etc.

I must protest the fact that we don't have a [r] tag for right to left languages corresponding to
<P dir=rtl align=right>, even though the board now uses unicode utf-8

I must the fact that there is no way to use the universal font Arial Unicode MS which supports all the funny little characters.
