I don't see the need to be so coy about this. Someone saying they're Luna's sister in Australia has emailed some of us. Their father died and said sister is apparently having major issues with Luna (and her mom, bro) related to the estate.

probably worth remaining quiet and coordinating between the aggrieved privately in email because if you are corroborating things in a public thread like this, and it is in fact a scam, then said person could read this and determine how to craft the story
