I didn't phrase the question very well; what I wonder is how the "good for mental health" vs. "not good for mental health" tips.

I, for example, think ILX has an overall benefit to my quality of life (oh god did I just say that?); is that the same for WCC, or does ILX have a negative impact? If negative, what is our ethical obligation here wrt her QOL?
