testaverde? josh mccown put up 12 TDs and 4 INT in 8 games with a 93.3 rating this year.........

if you told me half these guys weren't qbs but were obscure central coast folk musicians I'd believe you.

Mccown seems not completely terrible true. The best single season any of them had was maybe Derek Anderson that one year?

didn't Garcia have an awesome season?

Cleveland Browns[edit]

Garcia signed a contract with the Cleveland Browns on March 9, 2004. Garcia was released by the Browns after the 2004 season, in which he struggled to find any consistency and battled with injuries. On September 19, 2004, Garcia completed 8 of 27 passes for only 71 yards and 3 interceptions in a 19-12 loss to the Dallas Cowboys, resulting in a career-low passer rating of 0. Despite his struggles, Garcia was able to tie the record for longest career pass play (99 yards) on a completion to André Davis on October 17, 2004, in a win against the Cincinnati Bengals.

Dorsey's hopes of becoming a starter for the Cleveland Browns became much more bleak after the Browns drafted quarterback Brady Quinn of the University of Notre Dame with the 22nd overall pick in the 2007 NFL Draft. Charlie Frye, Derek Anderson, Quinn and Dorsey battled for position on the Browns' QB depth chart throughout the 2007 NFL Pre-season. On September 1, 2007 the Browns released Dorsey.

brian hoyer completed 60% of his passes with 18 TD, 6 INT and a 93.0 rating in 10 games for the division champion houston texans this season

Cleveland Browns[edit]

Wynn was drafted by the Cleveland Browns in the 6th round (183rd overall) in 2000. Wynn proceeded to play for the Browns in 2000, seeing action in 7 games. including one start - a 48-0 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars.[1] With the Browns, Wynn went 22 for 54 (40.7%) passing, for 167 yards, no touchdowns, one interception, and a passer rating of 41.2. He is argubly the worst quarterback in a long line of pathetic quarterbacks for the Cleveland Browns.

it appears that vinny testaverde was actually terrible for the browns

J0rdan S., Monday, 4 January 2016 06:35 (three years ago) Permalink

at least the browns share the indignity of starting both of the mccown brothers with the bucs

Are we voting for best, worst, unluckiest, most overhyped, most likely to have succeeded if drafted by another team, biggest overall detriment to long-term success of franchise?

Belichik's love affair with Vinny Testaverde was incredible.

You got the feeling Belichick really understood Vinny and wanted him to be happy.
