I always end up leaving a ton of points on the bench.

Some people don't have that problem! Last season I seriously left more points on the bench than any other team in my league. And this weak, I left 84 points on the bench and the next higher was 51.

I'm sitting on Gonzo and working in Isaac Bruce and or Devery Henderson if I can pick him up off the wire. I think I may have a problem.

Guys, ESPN is predicting Westbrook does 8 points and that Tim Hightower does 22. Westbrook just did 16 + 10, and Hightower did 25 and 18. I'm already starting Chris Johnson (obv. lol) and Fred Jackson at Flex (might as well use him before he's all used up). Can I really possibly start Hightower over Westbrook???

Westbrook might not play - if he plays, I'd go with him.

Definitely play Ronnie Brown. If Barber doesn't play go with Jones, if Barber plays go with DeAngelo.

I would think you could do better than either, but Knox is the better choice.

3 WR league. I got Vincent Jackson, an injured Anthony Gonzo and Welker, Dev. Henderson and Knox/Garcon. Hard luck to start the season.

henderson is like the ernest givins of the saints, which is to say he might not have huge #1 receiver stats at the end of the season but he'll have a couple of games where he's gonna go off for 180 yds and 2 tds b/c of some long bombs from brees. housh is the #1 in seattle but i feel like he's about = to devery. might be a toss-up?

My line for this week is -74. The next biggest line is -37. Assuming ESPN didn't screw up, I think I have this week in the bag.

(Maybe the more telling stat: If I were playing the next highest projected scorer this week, my line would go down to -29.)

I kinda think Housh is gonna have a pretty good game with Seneca, but Henderson's the much safer choice. Go with Devery.

The Bucs will start Derrick Ward over Cadillac Williams (questionable, knee) in Week 3 against the Giants, according to Pewter Report.

The rest of the Tampa papers confirmed the report, as Williams' knee is predictably acting up again. Should Ward play well against his former team, this could institute a changing of the guard in Tampa. Williams was unproductive on his seven Week 2 carries and was never going to hold up physically. With Williams and Earnest Graham banged up, Ward is a candidate for 20+ touches

as mentioned before, playing in a 25/1 punt reception league (which is why I have percy, sproles and desean and the decisions are complicated...)

right now I'm thinking wayne/holmes/desean + sproles/williams/mcgahee but that leaves boldin and driver on the table. dumb?

i'd switch driver for holmes.

I'd play Wayne/Holmes/Boldin + Sproles/DeAngelo/McGahee, I think.

boldin's so unreliable tho! capable of great things, but lowest fantasy numbers of anyone on my roster by a big margin. I remember he was like this when I had him a few years ago.

Yeah, but Desean has Kevin Kolb/Mike Vick/Jeff Garcia "throwing" to him.

w/ the chargers that mostly makes sense to me if (when?) sproles takes over for good. who knows though, best could end up being a (relative) draft steal like jackson was.

I don't think Sproles will ever be a full-time guy. He's a spot starter at best.
