there are a lot of talented young QBs right now tho - watson, mahomes, wentz, goff, newton, cousins, jackson, mayfield, maybe winston? ok some question marks around some of those guys but a few of those could be good to all time greats depending on how their careers go.

Antonio Brown's apology tour continued Wednesday morning with an Instagram post directed at quarterback Ben Roethlisberger.

The former Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver posted a photo of Roethlisberger smiling and slapping the back of Brown's helmet when the two played together, along with a caption that praised Roethlisberger.

"Mostly you a little bit of me !" Brown wrote. "Yee yee !! I never realized how good I had it, got caught up in my emotion with everyone coming after me I really apologize for my actions sincerely man ! It's never been another connection like what we done in the past decade. I appreciate you. Sincerely AB."

One game with Brady and zero with Derek Carr really changed his perspective.

Lol the o/u for this XFL is 45.5 and score is 9-6 in the 4th

espn dot com has been pushing the xfl pretty hard but lol there are no stats, no box scores, no standings, nothing. the only links they offer are highlights and the league schedule

mookieproof, Sunday, 16 February 2020 22:18 (six years ago)

Watching the gameplay, this is boooring

I'm guessing Alex Smith is pretty much done, not coming back? I have not heard any discussion of him coming back from the broken leg or if he had hung them up.

Got looking at some passing career passing stats of Fitzmagic and went onto Smiths' football reference page. Smiths' career record is 94-66-1, which is pretty good considering every coach was near replacing him each season he played.

He was the quintessential high floor low ceiling qb

Barnwell gives the Cards a slight edge

Texans trade DeAndre Hopkins to Cardinals for David Johnson

Houston Texans get: RB David Johnson, 2020 second-round pick, 2021 fourth-round pick
Arizona Cardinals get: WR DeAndre Hopkins, 2020 fourth-round pick

Cardinals grade: B+
Texans grade: F

The NFL should use this down time to dissolve 14 teams

sorry for butt rockin (Neanderthal), Monday, 16 March 2020 23:09 (six years ago)

Sounds like Brady to the Bucs is a thing that might happen. Weird

reggae mike love (polyphonic), Monday, 16 March 2020 23:18 (six years ago)

Lol that is gonna cause some major cognitive dissonance in Bucs fans. Most Floridians, even those not in the AFC East, hate the fuck

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are the expected landing spot for quarterback Tom Brady barring any unforeseen circumstances, sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter and Jeff Darlington.

Kinda curious to see how long Cam Newton stays out there. Got to figure if healthy, he's got to be better than some of the guys already signed. Then again, he might be one of those players that everyone knows that is as much a headache as talented.

I'd kinda think if NE could switch over to a run first control the clock offense, Newton at least in skills could be a good guy to run that offense. Honestly he probably would have made more sense style wise to push or beat out Trubisky in Chicago compared to Foles, who I think is a bit more fools gold.
