do you have to put your hand on your heart? can you stand on a bucket? can you do the Y M C A dance during it?

it's not always 100% of the time but it seems like so many of those guys who get a huge workload and have a career season above 1800 yds rushing, it winds up never being the beginning of a new plateau, it's mostly the last gasp of dominance before they decline markedly or sometimes completely.

so that Dolphins thing, terrible as it is, was apparently in response to a league requirement that each team submit their punishments for people who protest the anthem.
This whole thing is beyond redemption and Goodell should be eaten by wolves

Give the NFL credit where it’s due: They are so much better than the NBA at giving fanbases of terrible teams optimism before the season starts. You think I’m gonna give a shit about any Cavs games next season?

hue trying to explain to mayfield about the importance of waking up 5 in the morning to get a jump on the day and start preparing and mayfield just wandering off
lots of awkward conversations
taylor seems like a real professional
coaching staff doesn't really seem like they have any control over the josh gordon situation - they're just hoping he comes back and have no idea when
hue lecturing todd haley
coaches berating players for performing badly doing practice, "how could you miss that fucking helen keller could see that," hue complaining that practice "fucking sucks"
landry giving a bitter profanity laden lecture to the WR corps about how they need to be practicing and how ducking work is contagious like 15-20 f-bombs

The Chicago Bears have agreed to terms with first-round pick Roquan Smith, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter. The deal is for the slotted amount of $18 million guaranteed over four years. A source told Schefter the contract should include about $11 million in bonuses.Selected with the eighth overall pick in the draft, Smith had been the last unsigned rookie in the NFL. Part of the reason for his holdout has been language in his contract that would allow the team to reclaim guaranteed money if the linebacker is suspended under the NFL's new helmet-contact rules, a source previously confirmed to ESPN.

In Cleveland: A receiver is struggling to catch the ball in practice. Hue "punishes" him by requiring him to catch *30* balls from the JUGS machine after practice. His coaches & the GM watch from folding chairs as he literally counts to 30.Meanwhile, in Pittsburgh: pic.twitter.com/2ieeHYDHsm— Warren Sharp (@SharpFootball) August 15, 2018
