Steelers just can't beat the Pats. I think that is now 3-11 in the Belichick era.

earlnash, Monday, 18 December 2017 00:54 (eight years ago)

maybe for the best, the only coach iirc with any measure of success against the Pats was Mike Shanahan and Belichick took revenge by murdering his son in the super bowl last year.

Clay Matthews: It's that wheel route, it's that wheel route

Cam Newton: You been watching film, huh?

Matthews: Yeah

Cam: That's cool. Watch this

Cam: Slant to McCaffrey TD

Spottie, Monday, 18 December 2017 03:55 (eight years ago)

Lmao if that ref measuring the first down with a folded over stack of papers doesn’t prove that the nfl needs new tech for measuring first downs I don’t know what will

Spottie, Monday, 18 December 2017 04:26 (eight years ago)

the folded card...wtf

k3vin k., Monday, 18 December 2017 04:34 (eight years ago)

between Steelers, Raiders, and Packers, some pretty brutal and sudden losses yesterday

frogbs, Monday, 18 December 2017 14:37 (eight years ago)

Spottie, Monday, 18 December 2017 16:50 (eight years ago)

im willing to switch my rooting allegiance (prob not emotionally possible)

lag∞n, Monday, 18 December 2017 16:52 (eight years ago)

theres no way the owners will let kaep within 100 yards of a team tho

lag∞n, Monday, 18 December 2017 16:52 (eight years ago)

first order of business: change name to the Carolina Black Panthers

the funniest thing abt diddys pitch is his implication that hes gonna bench cam, tho tbf im not sure if he thought that part through or even follows the nfl at all

lag∞n, Monday, 18 December 2017 17:08 (eight years ago)

This picture was taken back in 2003. This is God’s work. It’s time!!

ATTN all @NFL owners, it’s time for diversity!! It’s time for Black ownership!!

The time is now. Let’s make it happen!! pic.twitter.com/zex7LTZ8mn

— Diddy (@Diddy) December 18, 2017

idk if he's serious and/or has enough money but... i'm not so sure buying an nfl team is a smart use of funds atm

Spottie, Monday, 18 December 2017 23:26 (eight years ago)

this guy is one of the weirdest stories out there, 99% chance hes a PED supplier http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2017/12/19/tom-bradys-trainers-reduced-role-with-team-causing-some-friction

lag∞n, Wednesday, 20 December 2017 00:53 (eight years ago)

yeah that story is blowing up locally, basically sounds like the patriots long ago made the decision that tom could do whatever he wanted but recently guerrero's been disrupting some other players training and bill got pissed.

there's going to be an amazing expose about this guy written ~5 years after brady retires.

call all destroyer, Wednesday, 20 December 2017 01:14 (eight years ago)

It sounded like some weirdo scifi cult thing in that ESPN Magazine article I read a couple of weeks ago.

earlnash, Wednesday, 20 December 2017 02:37 (eight years ago)

Has a juice candidate ever been more obviously so

Spottie, Wednesday, 20 December 2017 02:57 (eight years ago)

not since baseballs mcguire-bonds-sosa heyday

lag∞n, Wednesday, 20 December 2017 03:35 (eight years ago)

Yah meant to say modern

Spottie, Wednesday, 20 December 2017 03:36 (eight years ago)

can't believe we're discussing juicing (they all are, especially gronk) when we could be talking about the pro bowl

mookieproof, Wednesday, 20 December 2017 03:38 (eight years ago)

gronk gotta get that juice bro!

Stats

Roberto Spiralli, Wednesday, 20 December 2017 10:43 (eight years ago)

Missed one game this year and was this one of course. Maybe for the best with my heart condition. Watched British nfl highlights show, which was even more horrific than I expected, and got a proper look at the controversial call which...well, I'm sure it was very exciting at the time, but I didn't expect it to be quite so obviously not a catch. Anyway, that played out like the recent Pats super bowl wins, so might be done for the year now. Divisional round loss to bmore prediction continuing to look strong.

Roberto Spiralli, Wednesday, 20 December 2017 10:55 (eight years ago)

Warrick Dunn is making the down payment and furnishing a home for a single mother today in Atlanta. He's done that 159 times now. Cool guy.

reggae mike love (polyphonic), Thursday, 21 December 2017 18:18 (eight years ago)

nice

lag∞n, Thursday, 21 December 2017 18:49 (eight years ago)

hopefully he will still have the means to maintain one of the worst dye jobs going

call all destroyer, Friday, 22 December 2017 03:19 (eight years ago)

im getting word that frank gore is not only still in the league but has become only the 2nd player ever to have 12 straight 1000 yard seasons and is 5th on the alltime rushing list

lag∞n, Saturday, 23 December 2017 23:39 (eight years ago)

I'm kinda wondering if you might see some more NFL owners try to cash out at the end of the season and sell the club. Trying to get out before the fall.

earlnash, Saturday, 23 December 2017 23:50 (eight years ago)

Gore gonna go down as one of the most underrated players ever. Pretty crazy that he’s had the consistency and durability he has as someone who blew out both knees before he played in the NFL.

Spottie, Saturday, 23 December 2017 23:51 (eight years ago)

Also kind of proof that it takes luck to be a star. He was on a lot of crappy teams in SF and then signs with Indy thinking that is going to be a chance to get in the playoffs and be on good clubs and they turned into crud.

earlnash, Sunday, 24 December 2017 00:09 (eight years ago)

Those laters niner teams he was on were good!
