Jesus

Moodles, Friday, 8 September 2017 03:27 (eight years ago)

no better way to start the season than giving up multiple 80y alex smith td passes

Roberto Spiralli, Friday, 8 September 2017 03:28 (eight years ago)

pats disorganization on defense in the early season seems v typical

comey did deflategate (daria-g), Friday, 8 September 2017 03:30 (eight years ago)

for sure tho i think there are real personnel questions this time

call all destroyer, Friday, 8 September 2017 03:30 (eight years ago)

nope

Roberto Spiralli, Friday, 8 September 2017 03:33 (eight years ago)

who did they really lose in the offseason on defense? logan ryan, ninkovich..

comey did deflategate (daria-g), Friday, 8 September 2017 03:48 (eight years ago)

wow this is not how i expected this game to turn out. v welcome tbh.

Mordy, Friday, 8 September 2017 03:51 (eight years ago)

chiefs generally play the pats tough and pats have some depth probs. i wouldn't have bet on this but it's not crazy

call all destroyer, Friday, 8 September 2017 03:53 (eight years ago)

the spread was something like +8 - i really thought about putting some money on KC to cover, now i wish i had

Mordy, Friday, 8 September 2017 03:54 (eight years ago)

man i don't think ive seen pats look this bad since uh .. last time they played kansas city

comey did deflategate (daria-g), Friday, 8 September 2017 04:09 (eight years ago)

what happened (daria-g), Friday, 8 September 2017 04:20 (eight years ago)

ppl were making fun of that nfl network feature where they gave kc the head coach advantage but andy reid delivered, despite his players in some respects

ooh, maybe i should have watched this

mookieproof, Friday, 8 September 2017 04:30 (eight years ago)

The #NFL is back -- the perfect militaristic sport for a dying corporate empire. I think the Pats repeat.

Neanderthal, Sunday, 10 September 2017 17:00 (eight years ago)

Browns winning the time of possession game.

brownie, Sunday, 10 September 2017 17:16 (eight years ago)

I'm is a restaurant that has the eagles game on
HOLY SHIT DARREN SPROLES IS STILL PLAYING IN THE LEAGUE

I LOVE NFL DOUCHEBAGS ROSTER: PART I, ED HOCHULI

El Tomboto, Sunday, 10 September 2017 17:28 (eight years ago)

fuck the r*dsk*ns

k3vin k., Sunday, 10 September 2017 17:49 (eight years ago)

ouch eagles that was p bad

Roberto Spiralli, Sunday, 10 September 2017 18:23 (eight years ago)

eagles lost their best cb the secondary is a mess now there's no depth at the position.

Mordy, Sunday, 10 September 2017 18:24 (eight years ago)

that's a catch smh

k3vin k., Sunday, 10 September 2017 18:34 (eight years ago)

has a quaterback ever been benched after halftime of the first game yet

frogbs, Sunday, 10 September 2017 18:59 (eight years ago)

Bears D was hanging with Atlanta but just gave up the big one and probably put the game out of reach.

On the Andy Reid coaching skills comments from Thursday, he's a great coach until his club needs to run 2 minute drill. His teams have always seemed to be bad in those situations.

earlnash, Sunday, 10 September 2017 19:19 (eight years ago)

what the heck is going on with cincy?

Roberto Spiralli, Sunday, 10 September 2017 19:50 (eight years ago)

Bears making it interesting. Howard dropped the potential winning TD. One play to go.

earlnash, Sunday, 10 September 2017 19:56 (eight years ago)

Romo debuted on CBS commentary team for Titans v Raiders today with Jim Nantz...he's not bad! Shades of Chucky, v excitable :D

damn sight better than Ronde Barber but tbf that is an incredibly low bar

Squeaky Fromage (VegemiteGrrl), Sunday, 10 September 2017 20:00 (eight years ago)

i honestly didn't realize tony romo retired

eagles-racists was a bad game but a good outcome :)

k3vin k., Sunday, 10 September 2017 20:04 (eight years ago)

josh mccown threw 4.8y/attempt and 2 ints and somehow there were at least 2 other qb starters today who were clearly worse than him

Roberto Spiralli, Sunday, 10 September 2017 20:05 (eight years ago)

presumably automatic ejection for any player committing a foul that wipes a big guy td

Roberto Spiralli, Sunday, 10 September 2017 20:39 (eight years ago)

seahawks running at < 1y/play in first quarter. that pick 6 would've been p helpful

Roberto Spiralli, Sunday, 10 September 2017 21:03 (eight years ago)

Hekker is incredible.. he just attempted a punt that folks only do in practice #RespectTheArt pic.twitter.com/PYjrn3y8P9

Roberto Spiralli, Sunday, 10 September 2017 21:59 (eight years ago)

that is p sick

very weird use of "folks" in that tweet

k3vin k., Sunday, 10 September 2017 22:29 (eight years ago)

mcafee was a punter so i think he's using that to include himself

Roberto Spiralli, Sunday, 10 September 2017 22:34 (eight years ago)

Like those rams unis

brownie, Sunday, 10 September 2017 23:38 (eight years ago)

"you'll forgive us tonight if we just talk about him as a football player."

Mr. Snrub, Monday, 11 September 2017 01:14 (eight years ago)

it's hard for me to believe the dallas defense is shut out good this year. otoh it is quite easy to believe that the giants offense is trash without OBJ

Roberto Spiralli, Monday, 11 September 2017 01:37 (eight years ago)

holy shit @ that Beasley catch. never seen one quite like that.

frogbs, Monday, 11 September 2017 02:47 (eight years ago)

this game totally blows by the way. probably not great for the NFL to have two consecutive primetime duds in Week 1

frogbs, Monday, 11 September 2017 03:05 (eight years ago)

this is one of the worst offensive performances i've ever seen, like people should be fired over this

call all destroyer, Monday, 11 September 2017 03:16 (eight years ago)

there's been like half a dozen truly abject offensive performances today. nfl will have to shrink to an 8 team league to match the available qb and o line talent.

Roberto Spiralli, Monday, 11 September 2017 03:19 (eight years ago)

too bad there aren't any Super Bowl-caliber quarterbacks just sitting on their hands this week

frogbs, Monday, 11 September 2017 03:20 (eight years ago)

which other one? the thurs night game was awesome

Spottie, Monday, 11 September 2017 03:51 (eight years ago)

Jason Witten played with Casey Clausen and Travis Henry at Tennessee and was drafted by Parcells. Witten has now had very long career.

I've said it before but i don't think i've met a single person in L.A. who has ever expressed interest in either NFL team, let alone even mentioned them.

Seahawks/Packers was thoroughly lame, though I'm happy with the result obviously

frogbs, Monday, 11 September 2017 15:59 (eight years ago)

naw the hawks/pack game was great, mostly high level play and plenty of incident. the only really bad thing about the game was the seattle offensive line, pictured below
