That's probably because so many of the Raiders' penalties were probably declined, which is much worse.

I don't know why you'd assume that the Raiders had more penalties declined than those other teams. I mean, it wouldn't surprise me but it seems unsupportable.

prob just means that the raiders had lots of pre-snap penalties than those other two teams -- not sure if that's better or worse or if it doesn't matter

its definitely worse if they had a lot of declined penalties, it means that they fucked the play up they got penalized on.

it's not in nfl game books so it could only be tracked by watching every game.

I mean, shit, some Pearl Jam fan tracked every concert and made a statistical analysis of how many times each song in their catalog has been played live. If that dude's doing THAT, someone is tracking NFL penalties. They HAVE to be. Too many shut-ins in the world for it not to be happening.

The rise and fall of Hue Jackson is so fascinating to me. He goes from OC to head coach, and then in the wake of Davis' death he decides to assume complete control of the franchise by making a crazy-ass trade for a retired QB.

Then when things spun out of control the guy lost his fucking mind.

There was literally 10 days of a power vacuum for Jackson to make trades with no GM in place before the trade deadline and the guy decides to go all in with the wackiest and ballsiest trade in years.

He's a great play caller though; the Dolphins should hire him for OC.

He might even be a good head coach! But he is not a GM, that's for sure.
