That third down call of a WR reverse was a total Mike Martz "I'm too smart for my own pants" call. Criminy if you are going to run that dumb play, at least give it to Devin Hester.

Dumb dumb dumb...Hanie's interception was dissappointing, but that play before really lost the game, especially since they were already running one before the TO. It killed the momentum and gave the Packers D a slight breathery.

anyway i could see in the first quarter especially why gb are so highly rated this year

Hanie has the club in a nice rhythm. He's taking what he can get and the guys are making catches and using the out of bounds. Martz has some epiphany moment that he thinks will get a big play right as they run a play, calls a TO, the Pack resets figuring they are going to probably try to run it and it goes nowhere (on 3rd down) losing like 3 or 4. Since they burned a TO, they have to hustle to the line call a pass play - Hanie forces it in and game over.

Bears D and Urlacher in particular played well, they pretty much neutered the Packers offense in the second half.

GB's punter deserves a game ball. He did really well.
