had the distinct feeling watching last night’s game that if these two teams meet in the playoffs james harden will not be beating the “faces adversity in the second round and plays like he would rather be dead” allegations

im excited to watch the wolves in the playoffs want to see what ant can do this year

that comeback vs the clips last night was so massive for them. their schedule the rest of the way is pretty brutal, 3 games against denver including 2 on a back to back. winning last night has to be like a 10% swing in their favor to hold onto a top 3 seed

agreed, but we are gonna need another path to victory besides "Ant goes completely apeshit"

i suspect ant is not gonna do that great in the offs this year mostly through no fault of his own more because minny just doesnt have much offense and teams will be able to load up on him but then also because of youth and inexperience he can be a pretty bad decision maker in tough spots his playmaking still has a ways to go etc, tho he could have a nice first round if they draw a bad defense like dallas or sacto, if they have to play the pelicans it could get dicey

assuming no/hobbled kat, tho even with kat minny is not a great offense

ant will prob have some inefficient games, i think he’ll put up a few iconic ones tho. the clips were trying to double him last night and he was just dribbling past both guys and scoring. he’s getting into his midrange bag too. he will force shots and passes hence the inefficient thing but i bet he essentially single-handedly wins them a game in the first round

yeah not saying he cant have some good games just if he plays a good defense hell be in a tough spot

i'm sure every team has one but the hardcore Wolves fans think Luka Garza is our "bench player that's secretly an all-star player if he wasn't being blackballed by a misguided coaching staff" so maybe he'll come through with more minutes available to bigs

he has flashed some but i'm fairly certain at least half of it is due to him being named Luka

he can prob score a little but hes also prob one of the worst defenders in the league

i think all fanbases over value random bench guys but its only when the team is losing that they go into problem solving mode and demand that the guy get more burn

yes. the big homie was trying to compare him to jokic. i was like, sure if you take away jokic's passing, dribbling, shot creation, fluidity, ability to move their feet, and then make him one of the worst shot blockers of anyone over 6'8", theyre pretty similar
