At best Billups as a mentor-coach can help to steady some of the young guys on the Blazers and I guess he's relatively cheap. Clay pegged this team as a 22 win team back in October before Time Lord went out for the season and then the other veteran starters lost a bunch of games to injuries. Seems like they're better than the early "process" Sixers, but not by a lot.
