the five guys off the bench for phoenix last night were chimezie metu, josh okogie, udoka azubuike, nasir little, and jordan goodwin. that’s just completely non functional, you can’t be doing that. yuta & bates-diop were DNP-CDs. whatever plan the suns thought they had coming into the season is not what is playing out

btw funny lakers thing they began the year with reaves and dlo starting but sent reaves to the bench cause thats just not a defensively viable backcourt, and now theyre playing together again off the bench

the whole premature celebration of the suns offseason drove me crazy. like if the performance of any of those guys had a consistent multi-year track record, they would not have been minimum players!!

yeah they mightve been good guys to fill out the end of a roster but thats not what the suns needed

I don't hate everything they've done but the Beal trade is one of the all-time worst decisions imo
