the IST is bad now get rid of it one and done

feel like the IST is perfect for older teams since theyre fresher early in the year and dont go through the grind of 82+20-something playoff games in a title run, which is my nice way of saying the lakers could lose ad or bron to injury and miss the playoffs this year haha

they're made of timber it's in the name

a lot of road games but a lot of mediocre teams too

lots of 'pretty good' teams at the moment, not many easy outs

some of those 'winning teams' could just as easily not be winning teams by the time they play them

the nba is really good is my take away, theres only like 5 awful teams and the rest are pretty decent at minimum

yeah i mean youre not gonna get 16 straight games of great teams

did they stop awarding an extra free throw for having your foot in the shooter’s landing area? feels like I haven’t seen that call in a while

yeah i dont if its a new rule or just an emphasis but theres some language around you have to do it blatantly or some such

the difference was in 1998 they were the team scoring 93

genuinely a bit of tension brewing here as no one playing the Spurs or Pistons wants to be the one to break the streak. and the longer it goes the more tense it will get. remember the Suns losing 28 straight to tie the record and it kinda being must-see hoops? I mean come on this is at least as meaningful as the in-season tournament
