what is the temperature on podziemski? i will admit that last night vs OKC i was getting souped up dellavedova vibes. i'm not even sure if that's an insult? i guess it kinda is. his catch and shoot 3 looks a lot better than what i remember of delly so that alone might earn him a greater role, but man he could not get by anybody off the dribble last night. he just didn't look like an NBA level athlete in that context. he does play hard though, and if he can make open 3s he'll prob be able to stick in the league as a 4th guard. or am i selling him short? i haven't watched the highlights of his 28 point game and i'm struggling to picture how he managed to go 6-10 from two point range vs one of the best defenses in the NBA

too early to tell quite yet but encouraged by his feel for the game. seems to understand timing on when to cut when to move the ball when to shoot etc. confidence seems strong.

im giving him about 30 games before i really worry. hes slumped many times before but its all heightened cos of how he played vs the lakers and cos the dubs cant really afford for him and wiggins to both be playing so poorly.

What an incredible choke job last night. Just a disgusting display. Moody was doing a great job pulling the team out of a nosedive at the end there and then Kerr benched him. At least Wiggins is getting back to form. Hopefully CP3 and GP2 aren't out for too long.

before the season pelton said something about how teams as old as the warriors typically do not perform well in the regular season which made sense intuitively but i hadn't really seen anyone just explicitly say, the historical numbers on these kinda teams are a huge red flag. and... yeah

i think the west is in a place where if they get into the real playoffs and steph is healthy and they're on the other side of the bracket from denver i'd still not rule them out of winning two series and getting back to the WCF. but the idea of them winning beyond that feels a bit preposterous at the moment

i dont think theyd ever trade steph unless he asked and i dont think hed ask but does seem like the team is headed toward a dame in portland type scenario where it doesnt make sense for him to be there but neither side can pull the trigger, except steph is older which might make it a lil more bearable for him to play out his last few years on a not great team
