i didnt think it was possible for me to hate the mavs more than i already do but luka's whiny hardenesque game plus kyrie plus cubes is just unbearable

i can’t think of a single good argument as to why the bulls shouldn’t be racing to the bottom of the league this year. and yet

with starters minutes grant could prob put up five threes a game, pretty limited offensive player but he can hit a catch and shoot three, even a single dribble relocation

xps - the bulls FO would have to own up to the recent bad moves they made and repudiate all the glowing hype they shoveled at their fans in order to embrace racing to the bottom of the league.

luka is really good at basketball

it would be cooler if he was less good

not gonna get too hyped on lively yet, zach collins isn’t exactly a physical force. but he looked way more playable than i anticipated even vs this spurs team. if the mavs have a legit 5 they can play with luka, kyrie and two 3&D types they can be competitive

vassell was impressive looking, physically he just looks filled out and the jumper was silky

collins just got an extension and im happy for him but i was reminded tonight why i dont think he's a long term solution at the 5. if he hits a couple of those pick n pop 3s his production offensively looks a lot nicer, but hes not a tremendous paint protector, and hes a so-so rebounder

I’m surprised by how much I dislike Luka lately, it’s not just the constant whining and complaining it’s that shit eating grin he always has when he makes a play in a big moment on the road. Feels like he’s sliding too comfortably into the villain role. Which sucks cuz yeah he’s amazing

i flipped on luka last year or maybe the year before, otm, he has annoying frat dude vibes and i hate it
