it’ll depend on how far the heat go, but it really might be the 1994 nuggets! there are a lot of parallels — they beat the sonics who won 64 games and were the title favorite (though this was a best of 5 series). they lost in 7 in the second round to a really good jazz team that was only a 5 seed because of how stacked the west was

yeah thats what i was tryign to say there were some pretty good looking rosters 10-15 years ago that won 50 games and then got KOed by the lakers or spurs
