something i’m keeping an eye on… jae crowder has been pretty meaningless for the bucks so far. averaging 13 mpg in this series and has put up 7 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 steals and 5 fouls total across the three games. has been a -15 in 40 total minutes.

it might just be a match up thing since the heat don’t really have many wings/PFs, but still in a series where giannis hasn’t played this is pretty underwhelming for a guy we thought was a key move for them. ingles and connaughton are playing way more than him & even grayson is out minuting him 119-40 so far. he prob comes alive vs boston or whatever if they’re able to get there. but that fifth spot in their rotation still kinda worries me.

meanwhile if anything happens to kyle lowry in this series the heat will basically be out of guards

jaes kinda old was never that good sat out the whole season is trying to learn a new team all things considered hes prob just not good

also the bucks offense particularly without giannis is not so great that they can afford to give big minutes to defensive specialists, should there be a bucks celitcs ecf im sure hell get a shot tho

there has been no synergy between garland and mitchell in these games. they do not have a single shooter to support them on offense. defensively they are getting torched by brunson.

you have to tip your hat to brunson but if both garland and mitchell are gonna get outplayed by guards of that caliber this whole foundation has a problem

we'll see how this plays out but i do think that they need to wise up and trade allen. it's no shots at him -- he's a good player and he's on a really good contract. he should have value on the market. but they need to reshape their team.
