the funny thing is the lakers actually had the most cover for a kyrie trade given that the one thing you can point to in kyrie's career is that he won a title playing no 2 to the best player on the lakers. but i think they did the smart thing

the lakers did make an offer for kyrie. chris haynes wasn't very specific about what it contained beyond the two firsts. it had to be more than that.

there seems to be two things at play one is that the nets reportedly wanted to fuck kyrie over by sending him somewhere other than LA, also that the nets still want to be good this year and the lakers have no good players on their team
