total blast, great vibes in the arena. Storm's 3 stars all went off, Sue Bird was locked in. Breanna Stewart was close to a triple double all game, and finished with 21/10/8, but the biggest impact was on the defensive end. You could really see live how she's impossible to drive on, with those long gangly arms and fast footspeed.

In the in-stadium post game interview, Sue Bird said that the team was motivated by getting notifications from Delta to check in for the flight to Washington tomorrow. Her message was "nobody check in, we're not going to Washington."

Pro basketball players probably shouldn't have to fly commercial...

we followed the game up by checking out Jamal Crawford's pro-am the Crawsover, the event that Lebron shut down yesterday. We got to see Jamal and Isiah Thomas playing instead. Great day of hoops.
