its always weird when a spurs pick/prospect doesnt pan out

he showed some signs of being a great 6th man when derrick white was traded. i think he averaged 17 ppg after the deadline? he's always had great athleticism, he's just a mess on team defense and doesnt have a strong enough handle to be a lead guard. but he'll make some plays that will leave you speechless and can get hot from 3. i hate to say this but i think it was a good signing for the lakers.

the writing was on the wall for lonnie when the spurs drafted 3 guys who play his position in two summers, tho
