On the one hand, I don't want to see this homegrown team broken up over cap issues. On the other hand all these billionaires should be forking up the extra dough to compete. It's a bummer that none of that luxury tax $$$ goes to the players, though.

"Player sharing" is kind of a gross way of putting it too -- puts the focus on the team/management over the players.

Dray needs to get a life man. You don't need to keep making content. Take a vacation! Spend time with your family!

So do people like JaMychal Green?

He couldn't get on the court for a Nuggets team that needed shooting badly. He does have a good track record as a 3PT big but I'm skeptical.

I think it was a great pickup for vet min considering the market and am optimistic that he'll benefit from the Steph effect and at least replace Belly's production.

its the exact kind of pickup that worked for them last year and in years past. a solid role player coming off a down year/injuries looking to rebuild their rep to get another payday. allows the warriors to get him cheap and hopefully outperform his contract. on paper hes a good fit; floor spacer, smart cutter, sneaky athletic, versatile defender, can play small ball 5, solid rebounder. theyre prob hoping for like ~85-90% of what otto gave them last season, and that would be a big win if they do.
