yes, between that and the part where CP3 noticed that he kept playing hard after they were out of a series and then therefore brought his name up to recruit, there was a very nice thread of how players appreciate and stump for players who they know would have something to add to their team. ofc the flipside of that is like lebron doing the same for trading for russ or something, it doesn't always have a heartwarming ending

i should say, and i guess this is one of the distinctions with the lebron counter, what's nice about it is seeing them advocate for character/intangible type dudes and qualities.

or maybe Iggy and CP3 are just better talent evaluators...I guess Lebron did get Javale on his championship team too, in Lebron's defence
