ngl as an impartial viewer here i am a bit sad that kyrie fourth quarter is going to be lost to history

im well practiced
― lag∞n, Sunday, 17 April 2022 22:33 (four years ago)
i wonder if the series can maintain the level of physicality it had in that game. bcuz if so whoever comes out of it is gonna be beaten up before even getting to round 2. the bucks had to enjoy watching that one
― J0rdan S., Sunday, 17 April 2022 22:33 (four years ago)
a physical series should be strongly in the celtics favor but who knows what the future will bring
― lag∞n, Sunday, 17 April 2022 22:35 (four years ago)
btw the nets not stopping the ball on the previous celtics possession was probably a mistake, particularly vs jaylen who will always keep going towards the basket until you stop him, scored with 17 on the clock
celtics not trapping kyrie until the last possession also prob a mistake
― lag∞n, Sunday, 17 April 2022 22:36 (four years ago)
yeah that possession was the one that prob lost them the game. basically just handed the celtics 2 points without requiring any effort. even if they shave 3 more seconds off the clock it greatly alters how that final possession goes down xp
― J0rdan S., Sunday, 17 April 2022 22:37 (four years ago)
yep
― lag∞n, Sunday, 17 April 2022 22:38 (four years ago)
it feels like that late double team is starting to become popular as a defensive tactic in end of game possessions
― J0rdan S., Sunday, 17 April 2022 22:39 (four years ago)
i’ve seen kyrie score on like 3 guys many times this season but he had dragic wide open in the corner when horford double teamed him but he didn’t even think about passing to anyone until it was way too late
― J0rdan S., Sunday, 17 April 2022 22:40 (four years ago)
btw the nets not stopping the ball on the previous celtics possession was probably a mistake
― lag∞n, Sunday, April 17, 2022 6:35 PM (six minutes ago) bookmarkflaglink
coming out of a timeout too, dragic was just standing there worried about the corner pass but he was way too low to defend it anyway
― lag∞n, Sunday, 17 April 2022 22:43 (four years ago)
bucks looking pretty ok with their 3 seed lol
― lag∞n, Sunday, 17 April 2022 23:06 (four years ago)
Brook just changes so much for the bucks
― Matt Armstrong, Sunday, 17 April 2022 23:16 (four years ago)
Yeah they can do so much more with him out there
― frogbs, Sunday, 17 April 2022 23:25 (four years ago)
he looks way better than i thought he would and makes them much scarier
― J0rdan S., Sunday, 17 April 2022 23:46 (four years ago)
these bucks uniforms are hideous
― J0rdan S., Monday, 18 April 2022 00:02 (four years ago)
i would love to see them do a sixers or hawks style makeover that saw them go back to a logo and motif that was simple and retro inspired. their uniforms from the 70s are great
― J0rdan S., Monday, 18 April 2022 00:05 (four years ago)
giannis still out there taking 3s, nice of him
― lag∞n, Monday, 18 April 2022 00:15 (four years ago)

― frogbs, Monday, 18 April 2022 00:26 (four years ago)

― lag∞n, Monday, 18 April 2022 01:02 (four years ago)
Bucks really are playing some awesome defense out there
― frogbs, Monday, 18 April 2022 01:02 (four years ago)
But yeah that reminded me a lot of Game 1 vs. the Heat last year, and we all know what happened after that
― frogbs, Monday, 18 April 2022 01:04 (four years ago)
idk bucks might be bad
― lag∞n, Monday, 18 April 2022 01:05 (four years ago)
It’s really kinda hard to tell right now
― frogbs, Monday, 18 April 2022 01:06 (four years ago)

― lag∞n, Monday, 18 April 2022 01:08 (four years ago)

― lag∞n, Monday, 18 April 2022 01:16 (four years ago)
yeah it's a nice subplot of this series. they both seem like great guys.
no sunday afternoon games w/a one-year-old so i missed the good stuff today :(
― call all destroyer, Monday, 18 April 2022 01:22 (four years ago)
one year old is the perfect age to become interested in the nba playoffs imo
― lag∞n, Monday, 18 April 2022 01:24 (four years ago)
she will be fascinated by the playoffs and definitely not crawl directly off the couch
― call all destroyer, Monday, 18 April 2022 01:31 (four years ago)
I mean it’s a bunch of guys running around and throwing a ball to each other, you try to design a better show for a one-year old
― frogbs, Monday, 18 April 2022 01:32 (four years ago)
celtics sold out on kd and defended kyrie straight up, the kd part worked
"They did a good job of forcing me away, helping in the paint, I just gotta be more fundamental on my moves,... I played fast, turned the ball [over] ...gotta slow down and play my game. But they did a good job of making me see bodies."-KD credits Celtics defense pic.twitter.com/O1oHllr6S3— DaveEarly (@DavidEarly) April 18, 2022

salute to javale mcgee who became a solid rotation player in his early 30s
― lag∞n, Monday, 18 April 2022 01:55 (four years ago)
in fairness i too got a lot more professional in my early 30s
― call all destroyer, Monday, 18 April 2022 01:59 (four years ago)
fair
― lag∞n, Monday, 18 April 2022 02:07 (four years ago)
congrats to chris paul on making it thru the first game of the playoffs without suffering a grievous injury!
― J0rdan S., Monday, 18 April 2022 03:43 (four years ago)
xp singlehandedly turning javale and biyombo into solid rotation players on the best team in the NBA quietly has to be somewhere on the chris paul career highlights list
