feel like hes well regarded, will prob have his pick of jobs if utah lets him go

hard to tell for sure since hes had some of the same core guys the whole time but his teams win 50 games every year with pretty medium looking rosters

i think he’s considered one of the better coaches in the league, the jazz just need a reset on several fronts

however falling to 4th and ducking the nets and the bucks sounds pretty good, but i think if philly throws the rest of their games they just get 4th

i mean if you’re boston or philly it’s hard to argue against resting your guys and also avoiding both the nets and the bucks if you can make that happen, and it’s not like it takes an embarrassingly obvious tank to make it happen. just gotta rest a few of your guys. but one of them will get the 3 and have an uphill climb against the bucks so maybe that doesn’t work out.

i think i’m at the point now where i don’t consider the nets a real threat to beat miami, milwaukee, or boston. the sixers are different bcuz clearly the nets want to murder that team and i don’t think the sixers were/are ready for that

toronto and philly will be a really interesting match up if that’s what we get. the raptors defense will have harden in hell the entire series but what does nurse even begin to do to stop embiid

yeah agreed tho i do still give the nets a punchers chance if kd and kyrie go nuclear, and even if youll beat them itll be a more taxing series than the bulls who are totally ready to get swept and go home

if im the raptors i defend embiid one on one let him get his try not to foul then bring doubles later in the game once he tires out

I think the Sixers could lose to the Raptors. There is also the possibility they catch a heater or Embiid goes supernova and they could beat anyone.

i’m a bit skeptical of the raptors as a huge threat to win a round but the sixers are such a weird match up for them, they would have such a major coaching advantage in that series, and they have the right kind of team to get a 3-15 out of harden when they need it, that i could see them junking their way into an upset. but i.e. boston would be happy to play toronto’s style with better players

didn’t realize they were playing toronto tonight when i brought that up earlier

not sure exactly what scottie barnes offensive game consists of but he def has touch

if he can develop his skills he could be very good will prob be good anyway tbh

i worry about his joints. hes too big for how he moves

i've watched a few raptors broadcasts recently and they have one of those announcers that just spends the whole game yelling. like the hornets guy. my least favorite.

even if all barnes did was hit threes at a decent rate he'd be one of the better role players in the league. but it looks like he'll be capable of a lot more than that
