Yah Russ been flexing on the league and acting insane and now wants to be a victim idk I’m fine with the pile on. He’s completely unwilling to change his game. I bet he’s out of the league within a couple seasons like AI did

If it’s a high sprain tho
― jammin on the dud (Spottie), Thursday, 17 March 2022 03:17 (four years ago)
feel like usually if its a bad sprain the guy will be down for a while
The Warriors staff was upset with both of these Marcus Smart plays. First one was a roll up of Steph Curry's leg that has him currently in the locker room, second ruled a flagrant on Klay Thompson. Kerr was telling refs to review both plays, mimicking a leg chop to officials. pic.twitter.com/6edSJxQszv— Anthony Slater (@anthonyVslater) March 17, 2022

the disrespect the timberwolves were showing russ tonight was pretty jaw dropping. that’s a former MVP

I think they kinda took on the personality of their teammate pat bev for the game. Who’s been really piling on over the last week
― jammin on the dud (Spottie), Thursday, 17 March 2022 03:25 (four years ago)
have to think a lot of these guys are looking at russ and saying how much does he make? and he can't even shoot a normal jumper?

Steph no return and we got …. One game of the big three

Great Jordan Poole quarter there
celtics dont have a ton of turnovers but feel like they kind of have butterfingers tonight
― lag∞n, Thursday, 17 March 2022 03:54 (four years ago)
i would simply guard jordan poole better

movement in the east
The Raptors get a big win over the Clippers tonight in LA, sending them to five straight victories and moving them into a tie with Cleveland for sixth in the East. Both teams are 4 losses ahead of Brooklyn with 13 games to go — in short, it’ll be tough for Nets to escape play-in.— Tim Bontemps (@TimBontemps) March 17, 2022
It’s also worth noting that the Bulls, after losing to Utah tonight, are now behind the Celtics in the standings & only two losses ahead of both Cleveland & Toronto (and also two losses back of second). The race for positioning in the East will be intense over the next few weeks. https://t.co/E7XqMftwpj— Tim Bontemps (@TimBontemps) March 17, 2022

In the west… can the wolves catch one of nuggets jazz or mavs and get out of the play in?
― jammin on the dud (Spottie), Thursday, 17 March 2022 06:07 (four years ago)
it seems plausible but all those teams are playing pretty well right now
― J0rdan S., Thursday, 17 March 2022 06:11 (four years ago)
wolves are 9-1 in their last 10, mavs are 8-2, nuggets are 7-3. so they haven’t made up a ton of ground
― J0rdan S., Thursday, 17 March 2022 06:14 (four years ago)
My God that Westbrook/Beverly clip. I've never in my life gone down the "these athletes get paid too much, if I was making that much I'd be busting my ass every play" sports talk call-in rant path but that clip is pushing me down it

Curry out indefinitely
― jammin on the dud (Spottie), Thursday, 17 March 2022 16:05 (four years ago)
They should change the playin rules at the very least. Lik I do not want a team 15 games under .500 in the playin
― Matt Armstrong, Thursday, 17 March 2022 16:35 (four years ago)
Yah you should def have to meet some type of threshold
― jammin on the dud (Spottie), Thursday, 17 March 2022 16:51 (four years ago)
Fan vote in for last spot lol
― A True White Kid that can Jump (Granny Dainger), Thursday, 17 March 2022 17:27 (four years ago)
you should have to be within 5 games of the 8 seed or you auto-forfeit your play-in game
― ciderpress, Thursday, 17 March 2022 17:41 (four years ago)
yeah something like that would be good
― lag∞n, Thursday, 17 March 2022 17:42 (four years ago)
tbh i don't think teams under .500 should get play-in games at all unless they are tied with the 8 seed. you could simply win half your games if you want to make the playoffs it doesnt seem like too much to ask
― ciderpress, Thursday, 17 March 2022 17:46 (four years ago)
i know this is gonna sound like a crazy concept but if a play in game is happening w/ a team that is too far under .500 for your liking, you can just choose to not watch it
― J0rdan S., Thursday, 17 March 2022 17:55 (four years ago)
its not that it's that the Lakers probably would find a way to win it which means we'd be in for a miserable series vs. the Suns or whatever. though I guess it might be fun to watch the Lakers get housed 4 games straight
― frogbs, Thursday, 17 March 2022 18:06 (four years ago)
This seems like it will correct itself. Like you can flip it around and say the team above .500 in the play-in should just win their game.
