there wasnt much contact is prob how the refs saw it, glancing blow to the shoulder falls back play on

you generally have to go straight through their chest to get a charge, you see it a lot where guys clip the defender going by and its a no call, in this case he simply went over lol

Refs might have got mugged if they tried to call that one back. Smart to swallow the whistle.
