Unfortunately, the supporting cast isn't good enough, unless Tobias reverts to his near All-Star form. I've never been a big fan, but he's been terrible recently.

i def don't think it's likely but i do think it's possible that they could come out of the east

the seedings and injury situations are gonna be so important in the east that it almost feels useless to speculate at this point. whichever of the major teams avoids some of the others and can stay healthy thru 3 series is going to have such a huge advantage

i think harden and embiid playing up to their abilities is a bigger question than the other guys cause if they can do that its gonna make it pretty easy for everyone else

i maintain morey is gonna overhaul the roster again this offseason and might even find himself a new coach but obv that's just longterm speculation on my part we'll see how it plays out

Sounds good to me. Everyone outside of Embiid, Maxey, and Harden are fair game.

he might be able to get something done but philly is not in the best position to deal, sent out a bunch in the harden trade already and that harris contract is maybe the worst in the league

it's completely nuts, i also wonder if he can play that physically in the playoffs and stay healthy. he's obviously enjoying just physically dominating ppl but i also wonder if he's playing with fire a bit

see if he tires out in the 2nd half here lot of talk about his conditioning being better

Embiid's been way better this year imo.

he looks like hes in better shape but also i think he prob just has naturally poor endurance

It’s kinda weird that curry can’t stick on a team. Everywhere he goes he helps teams win, might be his contract has always been in that perfect range for trades and throw ins on trades. He deserves a bigger contract really, never made more than 8 per

i would be curious to find out if the nets could have had thybuille and asked for curry instead and daryl said yes, or if the daryl wouldn't trade thybuille and offered up curry instead

i do think both times he's been traded it's because he's had value -- the mavs blew that trade but i do think they thought they were trading a good player from a strength on their team (shooting) in order to address a weakness (defense). i thought it was a pretty fair trade at the time, which it definitely wasn't. and in the eixers-nets trade i think he was definitely in there because he has value.

i think he's just in that perfect zone where he's definitely good but you'd never say he was untouchable, and his contract wouldn't be an obstacle for any team in the league

well like, yes and no. just about every team could find a roster spot for him, but the fits where he's going to start and close and make that type of money are what i'm talking about.

irving-curry is not an ideal backcourt defensively, pretty nice on offense tho
