if the 8 east playoff teams end up coming from the group of miami, milwaukee, chicago, philadelphia, cleveland, brooklyn, toronto, boston, and atlanta i don’t think there will be a single bad east playoff series
― J0rdan S., Sunday, 13 February 2022 19:37 (four years ago)
i plan to watch all the east ones and none of the west ones until the conf finals
― ciderpress, Sunday, 13 February 2022 19:38 (four years ago)
going to be a bloodbath in the east
― removing bookmarks never felt so good (PBKR), Sunday, 13 February 2022 19:48 (four years ago)
Unless Dray comes back with a healthy back, Suns are going to have a pretty easy road.

Hawks/Celtics has been fun so far

east is full of solid teams that as currently playing are not really impressive championship contenders
― auld gang syne (k3vin k.), Monday, 14 February 2022 00:42 (four years ago)
i need that lakers hbo series now
― Clay, Monday, 14 February 2022 02:49 (four years ago)
otm, i was getting pumped during that ad
― call all destroyer, Monday, 14 February 2022 02:52 (four years ago)
Suns are going to have a pretty easy road.
Seems like for most of a decade whichever team came out of the east had a virtual cakewalk to the Final, while the west team had been battered in at least two hard-fought series. This would be an interesting turnabout.
― more difficult than I look (Aimless), Monday, 14 February 2022 03:07 (four years ago)
wait till you find out how the suns made the finals last year
― J0rdan S., Monday, 14 February 2022 03:38 (four years ago)
its a real injury?
The Sixers say James Harden is out through the All-Star break as he continues to rehabilitate his left hamstring, and that he won’t play in the All-Star Game.— Tim Bontemps (@TimBontemps) February 14, 2022
― lag∞n, Monday, 14 February 2022 18:14 (four years ago)
it was a hamstring in the playoffs last year right? i kind of assumed it was real because if you're going to make up a fake injury just do something that doesn't suggest a chronic issue.
― call all destroyer, Monday, 14 February 2022 18:20 (four years ago)
oh please they’re running cover for him by letting him miss 2 games before the break
― J0rdan S., Monday, 14 February 2022 18:24 (four years ago)
i mean obvs nothing is too weird for james harden but taking a vacation immediately upon forcing a trade to a new team would be pretty weird
― lag∞n, Monday, 14 February 2022 18:27 (four years ago)
the nets TV commentators were saying during the heat game on saturday that seth curry & drummond would’ve been available except there was an unexplained “delay” in getting harden’s physical done in order to complete a trade, the implication being something nefarious was happening in order to further screw the nets lol. the relationship between these two teams moving forward should be very fun
― J0rdan S., Monday, 14 February 2022 18:50 (four years ago)
jordan otm. another week to lose a couple more lbs too
― Spottie, Monday, 14 February 2022 18:50 (four years ago)
Harden is supposedly not limited at practice, so I am not worried. I’d also rather he have the ASG break to heal aka party.
― removing bookmarks never felt so good (PBKR), Monday, 14 February 2022 18:57 (four years ago)
i wonder if james harden would be attending the all star game if it was happening in a city that isn’t cleveland

anfernee simons has done a crazy amount to high quality hoisting since hes gotten minutes
― lag∞n, Tuesday, 15 February 2022 02:59 (four years ago)
they can always trade dame when they need to. but apparently dame's been playing hurt for almost six years. he may be worth keeping now that he's fixed that problem. the guy's a stone cold killer.
― more difficult than I look (Aimless), Tuesday, 15 February 2022 03:23 (four years ago)
a reasonable question is who would you rather have than dame that you could trade dame for

Mark Thiessen does not know ball:
"The reason he no longer plays basketball has nothing to do with his performance on the court. In his last game as a Celtic, Freedom had seven points and 12 rebounds in 12 minutes of play — including a beautiful three-point shot. What more likely cost him his career is his criticism of the genocidal Chinese Communist regime, and its brutal suppression of freedom in Tibet, Hong Kong and the Xinjiang region."

Just setting him up for his new career in media. I'd hate to see him devolving into the warm up act for Kyle Rittenhouse at gun shows, but he seems headed that direction.
