dennis lindsey is still kicking around somewhere too although i can't imagine that lasts long now.

after he left boston lot of people were speculating hed end up with the jazz and well i guess they were right

yeah seemed like a forgone conclusion though this is on the quicker side of the timeline

also thought he might take more of a part-time consulting gig with them but this does not look like that

this seems like a serious role, wondering how its going to affect his golf time

i'm never clear on the actual climate of SLC, i wonder if you can play golf most of the year there or not

this seems like a pretty good move for the jazz seeing that new owners often do really dumb/meddling shit. this feels relatively stable

i went to SLC once it's pretty nice tbh. i'd live there

yeah i dont think theyre super bad winters but colder longer and more snow than say denver

yeah i know up in the mountains it's pretty wintery but wasn't sure about the flat part where the city is. but anyway sounds like he'll have plenty of time during the season to be CEO

kind of guy a lot of teams would enjoy having

yeah i think their options are to trade him or to hang on to him and do his extension which would be like $100 mil and through his age 32 season, which does not seem ideal.

yeah someone is going to overpay for him in both the trade and extension a la aaron gordon just cause they need a guy like that

chris paul was really remarkable last night. i love that hes still cooking in his late 30s. hate him but gotta respect the hustle

between him lowry & steph wondering if we’re getting to a point where elite PGs without any chronic injuries a la kemba can just play much longer than previously thought (assuming steph is still going in 3-4 years)

nash was still pretty great through age 37, as well.

seems intuitive that PGs who dont lean on speed can just keep going
