The Lord giveth and the Lord taketh away

lebron: 🤣🤣🤣🤣

um, nagl. not after slamming his elbow hard into the guy's face and drawing a flow of blood from his both right eye and his mouth.

more difficult than I look (Aimless), Monday, 22 November 2021 05:34 (four years ago)

MPJ needs to pray on this decision

Matt Armstrong, Monday, 22 November 2021 14:44 (four years ago)

Xp Aimless, that was a parody acct.

I’m sure this is easy to look up, but not sure how. When was the last time Bron was ejected? Ever?

Lavator Shemmelpennick, Monday, 22 November 2021 17:57 (four years ago)

Ok I googled it. This was his second. First 2017

Lavator Shemmelpennick, Monday, 22 November 2021 17:59 (four years ago)

yeah I remember him getting tossed for yelling at a ref in a game they were absolutely dominating. was kind of a big deal at the time. it was weird but I suspect there was some backstory there.

Giannis knew from the start that Stewart was a menace. pic.twitter.com/x6pcwQY5h6

wonder what this was about

frogbs, Monday, 22 November 2021 21:29 (four years ago)

from what ive seen hes kinda like a young steven adams where hes just always getting under everyones skin with general hard physical play and bruiser tendancies

Spottie, Monday, 22 November 2021 21:50 (four years ago)

if bron meant that elbow to the face as a warning to cease and desist or face painful consequences, I don't think Stewart heard the message

Detroit Pistons center Isaiah Stewart will be suspended two games for his role in the roughhousing with LeBron James on Sunday. James was suspended one game.

on saturday i think they should fight for real

Clay, Tuesday, 23 November 2021 00:16 (four years ago)

each should have to fight a paul brother of their choice and the winner from each fight should have to fight the other paul brother

When Young Sheldon began to rap (forksclovetofu), Tuesday, 23 November 2021 00:17 (four years ago)

is stewart a legit psychopath and going to wait until he's on the court to tackle lebron at tip off? is there a line on this outcome as of yet?

four in a row for the Wolves against mediocre to bad opponents, but beating bad teams isn't nothing for them

great win for the grizz tonight in utah with the jazz playing their full team. 32 for ja, 28 for bane, 26 for JJJ, and a great sequence at the end for him

streaks!

suns have won 13 in a row

rockets have lost 15 in a row

streaks!

ciderpress, Tuesday, 23 November 2021 19:17 (four years ago)

love a good streak

lagāˆžn, Tuesday, 23 November 2021 19:18 (four years ago)

the rockets really should not be that bad

J0rdan S., Tuesday, 23 November 2021 19:21 (four years ago)

i dont think they have a lot of defensive talent but also last night they were just not playing defense, looked like the celtics were running drills out there

lagāˆžn, Tuesday, 23 November 2021 19:23 (four years ago)

beyond jalen green they're playing otherwise decent to above average NBA players. christian wood, kevin porter jr, eric gordon, jae'sean tate, daniel theis are in their top 6 in minutes. 3 or 4 wins should not be that much to ask. silas jr had some of the worst coach body language i've ever seen the other day vs the knicks and they were winning that game well into the fourth quarter

J0rdan S., Tuesday, 23 November 2021 19:24 (four years ago)

i couldn't discern like a single offensive set they may have run in that game. it just looked like they were running random pick and rolls and then someone would eventually decide to shoot. also 1 out of 4 possessions someone threw the ball out of bounds for no reason. and yet they still could have won!

J0rdan S., Tuesday, 23 November 2021 19:26 (four years ago)

mike breen kept complaining about how bad the game was

J0rdan S., Tuesday, 23 November 2021 19:28 (four years ago)

yeah silas seems bad, but maybe hes good... for tanking

lagāˆžn, Tuesday, 23 November 2021 19:29 (four years ago)

wall isnt playing due to tanking considerations and i guess theyre just totally hopeless as far as trading him, but he is traveling with the team and they say hes been a very good citizen, gives him something to do i guess, weird situation, have to think theyll do a buy out next year but then why not buy him out this year, maybe they think they can move him when hes expiring or hell be useful as cap filler in a big deal idk

lagāˆžn, Tuesday, 23 November 2021 19:29 (four years ago)

they just have a buncha young dudes figuring it out with a crap coach. when i watch them they are suuuuuper sloppy and turn it over like every other possession plus no ball movement on the other end. just checked and yep they are dead last in TOs per game + dead last in assists per game

Spottie, Tuesday, 23 November 2021 19:56 (four years ago)

it's always kind of funny-sad with the last players left behind on a tanking team. I remember the Free Thad Young campaign at the beginning of the process. Thinking about Eric Gordon now more than Wall - I don't have a ton of sympathy for him as I have always found him to be a heel but you gotta think it grates to be out there playing 30min/g with this team after running with Harden for years. He is also expiring next year, at 20 mil. Seems like if he doesn't get bought out, he should get moved at the deadline to a contender looking for a microwave bench guy but hard to say at this point who that would be.

hollinger has been saying that perception around silas is much worse than people might realize for a while now. there's probably no reason to move on this year but doubt he gets another year after this.

call all destroyer, Tuesday, 23 November 2021 20:27 (four years ago)

The rockets season is going perfectly.

whats funny/sad is that thad is now the lone thirtysomething on the spurs first honest rebuilding effort since the 80s (going p good, losing a bunch of games)

class project pat (m bison), Tuesday, 23 November 2021 21:01 (four years ago)

Wow at the clippers mavs end of regulation. Clips come back from 10 down with a couple min left pg ties it on a crazy 3 that left his hand at the last possible millisecond.

Then zinger took over in ot. 30 points and he’s looking good of late.

Spottie, Wednesday, 24 November 2021 06:30 (four years ago)

fun game. the zinger put back dunk in the 4th q had me concerned for a moment the way he landed. but he has looked very decent

sknybrg, Wednesday, 24 November 2021 06:35 (four years ago)

the lack of size/athleticism from cade cunningham still has me reeling, like… what happened there? i still don’t understand. i thought he was supposed to be a small forward. was i gaslighted? did i gaslight myself? he’s still filling up the box score regardless so i think he’s gonna be a really good player, prob will make several all star teams, but it feels way more lonzo ball-ish at the moment than i was led to believe… i feel like the comp for him coming out was khris middleton? i’m confounded. i think if you spin his ceiling as like jason kidd but with a real jump shot that’s a pretty tight player. but it really feels like they should’ve taken evan mobley.

J0rdan S., Wednesday, 24 November 2021 06:40 (four years ago)

i feel 100% gaslighted, usually mainstream draft coverage is at least adept at describing the physical profile of a player

call all destroyer, Wednesday, 24 November 2021 14:25 (four years ago)

I never understood the Cade thing and I think people got intoxicated by how good Doncic is with B+ athleticism

Matt Armstrong, Wednesday, 24 November 2021 16:14 (four years ago)

The draft nerds loved Cade because they watched film and he didn’t really have flaws and has such a good understanding of the game, and what the hell do I know maybe that’s the right call for Detroit

Matt Armstrong, Wednesday, 24 November 2021 16:17 (four years ago)

i do think there’s something to be said for safety. my thing is more that i can’t remember a high level player where i thought he was going to look/play like one thing and it ended up being something totally different
